Configuring Backend Systems

Depending on the existing user authentiation you can use Keycloak as proxy (identity broker) by connecting it to the backend system.

This chapter deals with the following:

• Active Directory (AD), which also includes other LDAP servers

• Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) via SAML 2.0 protocol

Configuring IDP Manually

If you do not need the Keykloak provided by SEAL System, because you already use an identity provider, your have to configure your IDP manually to make it support the various SEAL clients.
